The UDHR is a milestone document that proclaims the inalienable rights which everyone is entitled to as a human being - regardless of race, color, religion, sex, language, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Join the Correctional & Reentry Education Community of Practice as we recognize and explore Human Rights Day. This event will discuss and consider the right to education for all individuals -- in particular for those incarcerated around the world. We will also dive into the barriers facing learners and educators as we strive to educate those most in need of basic literacy and skill development.
