Live Session: Women Behind & Beyond Our Prison Walls - A Celebration of Women in Corrections & Reentry Education
Description: March is Women’s History Month. Join the LINCS Corrections & Reentry Education group and presenters Andrea Buttros and Heather Gay to honor the women who work in correctional and reentry settings who are making a difference in helping to educate, train, and prepare women for their journey after incarceration. We’ll also explore how we can better serve our female adult learners to give them the educational tools they need to be successful.

Live Session: Supporting Teachers to Re-Imagine Their Citizenship Class
Description: Join Mari Hunt Wassink and Anne Dugger to learn about a holistic, learner-centered approach for teaching citizenship preparation they developed, “Citizenship and Civic Engagement.” We’ll also explore many practical examples of ways to apply these free, innovative curricular materials in different educational settings.
