Live Session: Funds of Knowledge for Adult Learners
Description: Please join the LINCS Math and Numeracy group to learn how to apply funds of knowledge in math classrooms to create an environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive to our learners. Tiffini Pruitt-Britton will share her research on the usefulness of using funds of knowledge in the classroom.

Description: Is it possible to improve student reading and writing skills while teaching science content? Yes, it is! Please join the LINCS Reading and Writing and Science Community groups to learn about incorporating skill development tools like interactive read-alouds, graphic organizers, and writing scaffolds into science teaching and learning. These methods will work for other content areas too!
