- In an effort to increase the number of States and local programs delivering high-quality IET programs, while supporting those already implementing IET programs, OCTAE is offering a FINAL Basic Design Camp training. This final Design Camp is intended to help State and local adult education providers better plan, design, implement, and assess effective IET programs - especially those who have not yet had the opportunity to participate.
