Strategies for Teacher Retention: A State’s Perspective

Description: Teacher turnover has long been a challenge within the field of adult education, and success in student recruitment and retention efforts only magnifies the need for quality and consistency in staffing to support learners and programs. This webinar will focus on strategies that states can use to address and support teacher retention efforts. Participants will have opportunities to engage in conversation with peers and colleagues in breakout groups in a session oriented toward exploring challenges and successes worth building upon.
